elf dress and armour, just getting ideas down

they'd probably have silk-like fabrics (no real plant fiber farming industry), leather materials, probably uhm, resin leathers so to speak, crafted materials.
I don't think they have underwear, 'cause of their genitals being sort of retractable. I generally don't think they get into heavy armour. They're not into warfare like that, you'd never have enough of them living together to form an army.
