Just some dumb things related to fat with Mario power ups

1. Bloatshroom: It causes the consumer to bloat up with some fat when eaten. The effect is permanent unless lost with exercise
2. Dessert flower: The consumers can create sweets for others to eat. It will be lost like most other Mario power ups upon taking damage
3. Hydro Nut: the user can blast water from their hands, which they can use to propel themselves (or fill others) It is lost like most power ups when taking damage
4. Gummy shroom: If the user is fat when eaten, it causes their belly to be nice and jiggly
