Respirations?
I mean I would think an animated balloon wouldn't want respirations because that would be air was moving in and out.
Generally you want the air to stay in a balloon.

I'll be honest I don't have a clue.
I guess it would depend on the pokemon...?
Drifloons are all gas in a possessed balloon so I would think we would just make sure they had enough air?

Like they're already dead so...what do we even do if they get sick?
How would we even measure that?!
When people get sick they usually have a fever or something.
But ghosts are dead so I wouldn't think they'd have a temp, so there would have to be some other sign....
