TOS and Guidelines:

• I reserve my right to refuse any commissions that don't interest me or make me uneasy. My motives are
my own, in any of these cases. Please don't take it personally.

• You are allowed to use my art as any PERSONAL use and even print it small. Anything close to an A3 ask
me first. Profiting directly by the reselling/misuse of my work is STRICTLY forbidden. If you wish to
promote yourself through it, let me know. Please don't forget to credit me in all and any cases.

• You may not directly alter or re-use my artwork as a base for anything, in any situation. If you really
need a change done, you may contact me at any time for approval, but I have the final word;

• I may use your commission for my own personal promotion and portfolio reasons, with proper credit to
you and your characters, of course. I will never re-sell your commission or take advantage of its use in
a corporate/economical way. If you feel your copyrights are being violated, contact me ASAP so we can
discuss terms and boundaries.

• Asking to make major changes to a commission after the final sketch has been approved will incur in a
fee, depending on how much work it would be to incur that change. Else the drawing can be
cancelled and you will receive a partial refund, to be determined based on the original price as well.

• Refunds can be discussed at any point of the commission, but will always be partial should any
progress have been made since the moment of payment (based on the quantity of progress). You'll
receive any unfinished progress of the picture to do as you please with it.
