Deleana, the leader of one of many tribes inhabiting the vast desert region known as the Spirit Sands. People of the Sands are attuned to spirits of nature, and can command elements with ease. They inhabit multiple oases scattered across the desert, sheltered from the harsh environment by their magic. The Spirit Sands belong to the same nebulous setting as Sig's pirate crew I drew not that long ago.
