Named for an old obscure video game company, Accursed Toys was an idea I came up with on the oft-mentioned traditional games board for a medieval fantasy tabletop RPG, played from the point of view of a bunch of magically-animated dolls, toys, and mannequins. Their diminutive size and limited abilities would make confrontations with even animals like rats and mice dangerous, while traditional XP-fodder like imps or even kobolds would suddenly become towering colossi boss battles of impossible proportions.

Illustrated on this desktop are a few of the example characters:
A glassen, gemmed idol. Low durability and mobility but adept at magic and alchemy, with the ability to light fires using glass eye-lenses.
A wooden marionette, with fully articulated limbs and great mobility for maneuvering and using improvised weapons.
A cloth poppet, with diverse skills, average durability, and the ability to carry extra items inside itself.
A metal clockwork dragon toy, with great durability but very low mobility, complete with a small internal bladder allowing the intake and expulsion of liquids, such as oil (which could be ignited in the mouth for a flamethrower effect).
A clay doll, with high durability and the ability to find more 'raw material' to add on to himself at any point. Huge opportunity for growth.

It didn't really catch on but I thought it was a neat idea.
