Poor Orion had to get surgery to get two masses out of his paw! (We're not sure if they were benign or not...we're waiting for results..)

While his real daddy is out of town, my mate and I were more than willing to take care of him! That was the first night out of surgery, and yes, he did bleed through the gauze and the bandage. About 5 minutes after the clinic closed, he broke a blood vessel at the surface of his stitches. -.- We thought he popped a stitch, but thankfully he didn't! The next morning as soon as the vet opened, he got checked out and wrapped up in a fresh bandage. He's been recovering quickly, thank goddess, and is back to normal with no pain (at least not showing it while off of his meds) after 3 days. His stitches will be removed in 2 weeks!
