Franklin is simply a location in the area, Franklin street! It's a pretty important street in the prepulse world and, as streets are often still used for navigation the names transition into landmarks some of the time.

Probably not well but regardless of Olis feelings on the title a distinction is important
Being a denmate can mean a lover (Denmates see eachother as mates of course) though it's also a generally close knit social group. But drekir tend to naturally lean on polyamory, so having just a single mate for any determined period of time isn't typical drek behavior. it's far more typical for drekir to find a lover for a short fling and then bounce to the next lover, be they known or a stranger. So it would be more expected for Forl or Oli to be denmates by social group and, probably, just bouncing mate to mate with whomever they find neat

Den relations do still sorta count as a "family" (though thats kinda a weird word since denmates are den mates too) So close bonds do exist amongst the drekir, its just sexuality is a seperate thing from ones close social relationship, a passtime that happens but not an anchor to it.
It's pretty different from humans, its sorta like you grew up with a bunch of unrelated friends and folks who all sorta became your husbands and wives and vice versa. Though it takes time to sink in for sure
