A ghost Pokémon/ Dia de Los Muertos comm from my buddy

this is an idea from me and buddy creating her I thought of just the Sensu form of this Alolan bird Pokémon but my buddy gave me the idea of making this ghost type with this look and I loved the idea so much and to make her more haunting *tee hee* had to ask for the hips treatment
