this piece broke me xD not in a negative way, just trying to figure out what possible D&D character this chap could be.
At first glance, maybe a Swashbuckler Rogue; however that plate looking piece kinda throws that out the window.
Maybe a Valor Bard! They can get the feature to wear heavy armor...
however that blade... so interesting! Purple and Dragon... A Purple Dragon Knight / Banneret?! That would be cleaver hints on design... or possible Hexblade Warlock. Pretty cool sword, would use Charisma for melee attacks and if he happens to be blind; any number of the Invocations could fix that up!
