some desserts i made experimenting on the kitchen, i made the jelly with gelatin because i didnt had pectin.
the red one is made out of a regional cactus fruit called "pitaya", but its not the dragon fruit "pitahaya" this one is a bit different take a look: https://c8.alamy.com/compes/cmnta4/.....ico-cmnta4.jpg
i added a bit too much gelatin on that one so its texture its like a soft gummy bear but is also crunchy because of the pitaya seeds 🤤👌
