Meiying enjoying some tunes, retro style, while tofu is enjoying the record player in a different sort of way. It makes a decent mouse wheel!

LOL... oh dear, I feel old now - I had one of those suitcase record players when I was a kid. Very cute - lots of expression and the character's personality really shines through. Naturally, I love that she's in "the pose" to show off her beautiful red panda soles - and it's kind of a unique/cute touch to have them look almost like they're resting on that epic tail.
Heh - well, mine was something we nabbed at a Garage sale - it was the mid 1980s, and yeah, they were considered "obsolete" by that time, but I thought it was neat, and Mom figured that was a good way to have me not messing around with her expensive turntable. Then a few years later around 11 or 12 (when I was getting into electronics), I decided to take the thing apart to see how it worked since the needle was pretty worn by that point and replacements weren't available anymore. XD
That's only true of a very select type of older record players. For most record players, the needles are a custom design and fitting and depending on the age and design of it, can very from some crazy thing 2 or 3cm long, to something that's only a fraction of a millimetre. My oldest uncle, now 90, kept my Grandmother's old 78 record player, which is mechanically powered (you actually crank it and a spring drives it). In the 1970s (when that was already considered ancient) he noticed this thrift shop had a couple boxes of needles for it - he bought'em all, so he's got the parts and pieces to keep it going well into his great grand children's 90s. :)
I often say how good your anatomy is but your detailing on clothing is pretty spot on too ;D
It still amazes me that vinyls are still a thing, I was a kid when those were starting to get replaced with CDs, I get why though, the sound is still better but we have Spotify so even CDs are kind of... old? Anyways I'm rambling, sorry haha, nicely done as always! ;D
