Lutren is a Tidal Imp. His magic lies in the ebb and flow of water when river meets open ocean. He's a guardian of the tide pools. His magic is strongest at midnight, when the moonlight is the brightest. Each wrist bears a waxing and waning moon marking, and his chest bears a full moon. His magic is bright green, the color of new kelp.
