The two teenagers had to carry quite some weight to the bicycle rental. What they hadn't told their parents was that they were already wearing swimwear under their casual clothes, but since they wanted to use this opportunity to finally have at least some time alone, they also brought some food and water, clean blankets and insect repellent with them.
Maja giggled as they made their way: "Mom seemed a bit suspicious."
For a moment, Alex looked at her almost shocked: "Seriously?"
The girl made a dismissive gesture with her hand: "No, not really. I mean, she maybe wonders why we are getting along this well, but I'm sure she don't think we would...you know what." Her smile widened into a grin as Alex felt warmth rising into his cheeks.
She breathed in deep: "You know, I've missed our lake."
"Me too. I don't even know why we haven't been there last year, it's almost as if I had forgotten about it, but now..." He gulped: "It seems the perfect spot for us."
"Yeah, just keep in mind, our parents could still decide to go there themselves and then?"
Again, Alex felt heat rising into his cheeks: "You can't be serious. They're busy with these flower festival preparations. And when it gets too late, they won't get a bike anymore."
"I was just kidding, but, well, just saying, it still could - technically."

They made their way to the lake rather quickly with the bikes - though it was a somewhat bumpy ride with the sole path leading to it being not very well maintained.
Okay, let's finally do this. The long wait is over.
Here is the project that i mentionend in the last commission upload. The pic series from me and the story from
rhazzazor featurng our sibling characters Maja and Alex. We have been thinking of making a series like this for some time and i am glad that he took the writing part, because my writing skills are comparable to a half-melted chocolate bunny rabbit. Or David Cage. This pic might seem a little bit choppy, because it was made as the last one, but i hope you will enjoy the pics and the writing, because there is more to the story here:
