Rocco is sooooooo flexible, he can easily rest his legs like this using his 2 fingers since they are sooo loose, soft, and flexible. You can even grab a hold of his legs and pull them up more if you'd like

basically you can lift up his legs like this to where they are vertical 90 degrees. You can probably push them a little bit further but after that you'd have to bend his torso down
