Background: Born in Phenac City in the Orre region, Tiberius was never loved by his birth parents, who preferred a life of luxury. In order to get money to fund their lush lifestyle, they had his body experimented on for cash while he was still very young. This continued until his Uncle and soon-to-be legal guardian, Raiko, made a deal to take him in exchange for riches. His parents accepted the deal without a second thought. After being taken from Orre, Tiberius was able to go to school, eventually becoming an officer thanks to the second life given to him.


Trivia:

- After a certain age Raiko explained that they're aren't exactly related and that he's Tiberius' Uncle and that Damien is his cousin but that never changed seeing them as his own father and brother

- Rumors that Tiberius could originally be a shadow pokemon from the testing done to him as a child, only effect from it was changing color in his right eye
