He likes the thrill of battle, and personally believes that skilled warriors don't rely on spells and magics, he enjoys the company of fellow warriors, and would revel and drink with them if the time is right, he despises slavery especially after what he went through

History:
He was born into a tribe of wolven beastkin warriors who favored the spear, while out hunting one day he fell into a slaver's trap and was carted off to a slave city to be used as a slave soldier, when he arrived the first other slaves he met was four men, who trained him and told him about the lands they were from, they made the best of their situation, a bond of brotherhood was formed among them, They primarily served as guards for their master, protecting him from assassins and the like, a few years later a spy from another city snuck in and talked the other slaves into revolting, they were on guard when the rebelling slaves broke into his master's manor

but when they reached his quarters, they found Brassfang standing over his former master who laid on a pool of his own blood, the day after he decided to not return to his tribe just yet, but to see what else lies in the unknown, he parted ways with his fellow guards so he left the city to freedom
