Yes another Surreal piece from yours truly. As with many of my pieces I love to do a digital mock up of what the painting is going to look like. I had great fun playing with color on this one.

very strange and intriguing! At first it reminded me of the immense, alienating spaces of Dali's early surrealist canvases (and I know he has at least one painting with the motif of the eye hovering in the sky, from his work for Spellbound), but the form and colours of the landscape and the large eye-towers (for lack of a better description) rather bring to mind that sense of dislocation I (at least) get from those 50s visions of what outer space might look like, Forbidden Planet and so on. And surrealism and science-fiction imagery are two of my passions as it happens
I don't know how I'd interpret it yet, admittedly I couldn't even tell you how I'd interpret my own sporadic surrealist doodles. I'd have to spend a long time staring at it and musing
