Human Anthropromorph Relations Officer. Oliver
Oliver is a hybrid, a cross breed between a human and anthromorph. He doesn't quiet fit in with humans nor anthro societies, but he tries his best to find his place in the world and where he belongs.
He takes his job very seriously and does everything by the numbers. Always with paperwork in hand and ready for his next case. A bit of a nerd, maybe even somewhat of a loser to some, but if you gave him a chance you might actually find out he's a pretty decent guy looking for an actual friend in this world.

He is looking cute nwn
Guess he can be a good relation negotiator. Having learned both sides well, human and anthro, so able to see both sides in a case. Though some people might not like it if he speaks for them, as in saying something for a human and that human feels he is wrong because he looks more anthro. Same for if he said something for an anthro they thinking he is more human.
At least that is what comes to my mind.
Going by the books/numbers might be part of not wanting to do wrong and be accepted. Making him a rule stickler and thus a bit annoying, even if he is right. But he seems to be in it for the good reasons. And maybe even helping someone if he can, with rules on his side. Who knows maybe even able to lie if needed.
He looks nice. Raccoon-ish?… I should read the keywords, yes he is xD
Great now I see him digging through trash as detective, to get leads and clues. Both not minding it but also hating it as he seems to be mostly the one to send for that job.
A nice outfit for him; short jacket with high collar, buttoned shirt and vest with interestingly square buttons. Not many distinct features, mostly his tail, ears and nails. The his glasses as well.
Satchel probably filled with notes, documents and papers to make notes.
I will see how he will be in the fourth book :3
