"I cannot stress how much I love this Bath!" The wolf stated, tossing his clothes into one of the cubicles. "I can see why Argo always comes here with everyone. They're so well-tended and clean. The water is hot but not too hot. So good to wind down after a long day of studying and training; even if I don't really need it."
Lord Scheat, the dragon of Frontail couldn't help but watch his new friend go on and on about the Bath.
It had only been about two weeks since the wolf had appeared at the Knights College.
Aladar was a strange wolf; a creature none like the dragon had ever come across.
The wolf had appeared out of nowhere; Professor Celio had caught him walking around the courtyard. At first there was a bit of a panic because it was dangerous for people without E.P. to be within the premise of the college, but it turned out that he had an E.P., several of them in fact, a variety that he just referred to as magic.
It was strange; a being with more than one power. These Digimon, as the wolf referred to himself as, all had magic and abilities.
A world where such magic was common interested Scheat greatly.
Enough to put a silly smile on his face and want to spend time with Aladar a lot.
And surprisingly, Aladar really wanted to spend time with him as well.
"Well, I never really expected to use the baths like this either." The dragon stated, casting away his own clothes as well. "I guess Argo was onto something when he said using baths to bond was a fun idea."
The dragon had to admit, even since this year started, things have been a bit more interesting than it had been in a while.
Not to mention this was the first year in which he has had a roommate.
Since the college was only able to house a certain number of students a year, there were no empty dorms for the ShadowWereGarurumon to room in. Aladar however really liked the dragon's room, so the two of them agreed to room together. Scheat was rather happy about the decision, since Al was the most exciting thing to happen in a long time to him.
Like literally the first night he was there, Aladar took the mattresses and cushions from the furniture and made them into a fort.
Despite being a mature adult, Aladar didn't have too much of a problem using his imagination like a child.
Scheat couldn't help but be a little envious though.
While he was cooped up due to his E.P., Aladar was a wanderer who traversed his world. No roots, laws, or anything holding him back. Pretty much got to do or go whatever he wanted, not to mention the endless potential of learning new magic.
Unfortunately, Aladar wasn't the one to rid him of the E.P. that kept him down; not even the wolf had that kind of power.
However, as strange as it was, Aladar couldn't be read like the others. His E.P. didn't work on the wolf, which was another reason why they got along so well. They assumed it must be because his E.P. must only work on people from this world.
"Draggy?" Aladar called out. "You there?"
Lord Scheat was snapped from his thoughts, now blushing.
"Don't tell me that the steam has already gotten to ya~" He joked, holding onto the dragon's arm.
He then yipped as the dragon lifted his arm up.
"When I look at you, my mind goes a mile a minute." Scheat replied. "You know me when I'm not bored. You must tell me more about this Virus King that you mentioned: the one who said you were close to. I need to know more about his kingdom and how he ruled, as well as that part of you that resides with him that you mentioned! I also want to know about that evil mage you captured, and-"
"Slow down there, Draggy. Let me soak my fur first~"
