Considering that Links thought the series have used magic before, do you think vaati might try to teach the gremlin anything? What kind of elemental affinity do you think he’d have?

He usually just has magic items and isn't really doing any wizard shit so I dunno. I feel like this Link would hurt himself trying the most baby of spells, lol

You know I have to ask, what is Vaati doing here? Is it for school? It looks like a pre-existing place specifically for such spellcasting. Is his magic being a different colour from the runes significant, or just a quirk of his magic?

Two whole ones!! That I chose just to make them stand out from the background! lmao His spells don't actually have any special color to them, I just like him with purple and use it frequently as an accent color when I need something to pop.

As for what exactly he's up to, I still don't know but it is a place for practicing earth sorcery. I originally intended to put some floaty rocks in the air but ended up not doing that for whatever reason. Sometimes I just draw things to make a pretty picture and not fit into something really specific, haha.
