Bleach was a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine. It started strong but then over time did kinda flounder. And that's okay, these things happen. Kubo wrapped up the story and I read through to the end. A month or two ago, along with the announcement that the anime was being brought back to finish the last arc, they also announced a stand alone manga chapter. This wound up being something that started a new arc apparently, how dare Kubo amirite? In any case, it brought Bleach back into my mind and I thought, you know, I'm puttin' my girls into an image. I decided to go with a singular squad rather than all captains. Horsie of course is the captain here, she's my 'sona and primary art recipient by a long shot. Oaf is a natural for the vice-captain given she's definitely the popular girl. Mahi and Akila also both wonderful, but it only made sense. I tried to pick uniform cuts that lined up best with each character and RD did excellent in her execution of this. Couldn't be happier! <3
