It is exactly what it says it is. A character dressed up in one of Lady Gaga's outfits from the "Bad Romance" music video. It was supposed to be Eden, but somewhere along the way I messed up and just didn't care. I left it at a rather large file size because of all the detail. I hope you can forgive me. And I know that it's not the EXACT same outfit, but damn this one took long enough to draw and finding references was harder than I thought.
