After nearly a Century of abuse on the "Recreational" planet Tazero, the Wolf like Lycalli rebeled and siezed a star ship and made a getaway while the rest of the planet seethed in turmoil. Just as the ship was about to jump into warp, another city sized starship lost control and crashed back on the surface, which caused it's matter conversion core to go "Scramble," and thus rendered the planet's surface nothing more than a sterile ball of lifeless rock. The Lycalli were of course blamed for the incident, which set about conflict between Humans and 'Morphs throughout the arm of the Galaxy.
