Artist Notes: Long Long Ago, there was a Cartoon called Care Bears. And in one episode they performed a Great Race. The stakes were high because the Winner would be King of the Land for One Day. Henchmen of the Big Baddie heard about the Race decided to enter himself, for EVIL! During the race he executed nefarious ways to eliminate the competition one-by-one, but he kept it Rated "G" and clean. The one I remember the MOST was when he poured Quick Drying Cement into a muddy pool. And the Racers had to use monkey bars to cross over it. One dastardly use of a hacksaw and one unaware racer, ended up in a muck. Emerging moments later a Muck covered Bear wonder why it was becoming harder and harder to move. Leading us to the Hard conclusion of that encounter.
