We literally did this shit in the Recruitment Pool once.
I literally just let my arms go back behind my shoulders to max out my leverage and twisted to throw people. They never pulled the same trick and got chest to chest with me.
The only guy who could beat me was Reuben, our fat body. He just used his weight to bull rush me out. Never doubt the fat body in a shoving match, they will destroy you.
