"venom queen" SP disruption lua level cap (no armor strip...
well...no hard strip anyways where you get the red bar. yeah I don't think you could do this without the power strength invigoration, you'd DEFINITELY need to strip the armor first if you wanted to try something like this otherwise. I tried using a gun build for this (ie.galvanized aptitude & trying to keep the arcane buffs active), and it works, but as the levels climb you start to run into ammo problems. it was definitely a safer option though since I was using a phantasma and it has pretty good range, no falloff, and bypasses burasas's frontal shields. I wouldn't recommend using a squish frame for these since they are very easily screwed over by certain cooldowns and game mechanics getting weird on you, but it was a fun challenge to try.
Also the vid is a good demonstration on how the procs from toxic lash tripple dip on faction damage. the kills aren't from the initial damage boosts but from the ridiculous exponential interaction on the proc with faction damage and roar (empowered blades count as faction damage BTW)
and here's the vid: https://mega.nz/file/Rc4GwQCS#dl7HZ.....9cACALuSB-3R_4 I was gonna cut out the part where I tripped at the finish line and lost everything because I flew too close to the sun, but it's a good PSA for a couple of things,
1) using molt removes status effects if your rolling guard is down, that is important
2) your warframe is technically not invincible when you transference out, it just has VERY high damage resistance, and if it takes enough damage you will be yeeted back into it. I've never noticed this happening in the sub 1k levels though since I think it's not actually targeted anymore when you leave it.
3)corpus snipers can get electric procs across the map
I forgot all 3 of these things and paid dearly for them for your amusement lol

lua demolysts seem to have a particular set of quirks others don't. i found that the combo you used is more akin to an exploit like i used to do with magus lockdown and them using finishers to any particular mechanic - most demolysts do have weaknesses tied to their pseudofactions, or as we usually say, DE's spaghetti coding.
Eh, I suppose it’s sort of an exploit? Yeah if you notice the massive chunks of damage started happening with the actual proc, not the actual initial burst of damage. The formula is something like “unmitigated damage x [2xtoxic lash x (roar+faction damage)]^2” for the toxic lash proc. What really makes it absurd is power strength dipping into every part of that formula, and when ANY of my buffs go down DPS drops considerably as a result.
well I'm planning a run soon where there will be a more straightforward approach that will be much easier for others to replicate. TBH while it was amusing to see toxic lash absolutely tear through heavily armored, demolyst health with very heavy DR stacked on top of that, having to keep up 3 buffs at once and space myself so I don't lose all of them is a bit exhausting than a more direct approach.
Then again though I wouldn't really call this an exploit, it's the regular intended mechanics taken to 11 with power strength at an all time high and requires juggling 3 buffs at once. now THIS on the other hand... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=glw5U_V8Lds I am 100% certain this is spahetti code in action as there are 2-3 things here clearly not working as intended (most glaringly vigorous swap isn't supposed to work on melee weapons lol). I got to test it during an arbitration the other week with a chroma power buff and yeah it does similar numbers in the vid for sure with just chroma's rage fully up lol (even though I only got a min-maxed glaive prime). kind of refreshing to see chroma capture a bit of his former glory though, he used to hit like this for almost every weapon in the game lol
