Subject: Native American elder (cannot recall exact tribe right now)
Materia Artistica: Koh-i-noor technical pens
Reffernces: from an photograph from an old magazine. forgive me for not being able to site sources over a decade old.
Notes: Done as part of an assignment. all the pieces were done on seprate sheets and then assembled using tracing paper and marker paper to be able to move the images around to play with composition in the piece. Because i am from the old school and we did not have them there fancy smanchy computer thingsies with all those layers and transpernacies and whatchamacallits :) Heck some of you may be old enough to remember cutting Keys by hand on amberlith and rubilith layers! hell when we did get to computers we had Photoshop. No numbers on that there proggy. and Aldus page maker and corel draw. i would be so happy to find something like Aldus Page maker right now. such an elegant program for book layouts
but yeah this si from the wayback when it was all done by hand.
