The Fear Toxin from the Fox Goblin's bombs have been dropped and suddenly the atmosphere is clouded in a horrific mist. The images they're seeing are all horrifying. Scourge the Hedgehog cucking Sonic, the Knuckle-Cracker, and a kid who loves giving Silver wedgies and taking his underwear as trophies are all coming off as distorted monsters to them here at the end. What a mighty, powerful scare!

The original fears weren't what he expected, except Silver, he probably ended up having a fear of wedgies.
The last painting is a true image of terror, I can't imagine what it would be like to see your fears and then that they deform into giant monsters.
The colors are perfect for a hallucinogen scare. Although I see a lot of smoke, I wonder if that was part of the hallucinations or if Tails went overboard with the amount.
