Of course all of Ferah's,markings glow! You just normally don'y see the glow from the lighter greenish ones unless it's pretty dark around her.... XP
I asked for a pic of Ferah somewhere darker, with her marking all a glow, and I got Ferah sitting in this really cool ice cave, most pleasantly unexpected and awesome
