And now it's a moments like this I realise I never really thought of the bigger context beyond "fellow find out his co - workers a werewolf; does not take well to it"...
Maybe the one thing that does come up is that Andrew had his back saved by some wolf a couple times in the past and Olson may have thought he was putting the pieces together. Though based on that reaction he was not that far into putting it all together.

Ah don't worry I do that all the time, it can be fun to think of a in-story reason retroactively ;) Have you ever read any of the stories of the Nightwatch by Terry Pratchett, two of the main characters are Angua and Carrot, she's a werewolf (and pretty much indistinguishable from a real wolf when transformed) - https://www.deviantart.com/artildaw.....ngua-188356788

I haven't, but that does sound quite interesting story. Ah, knowing me I'll probably come up with some outlandish background for this... Probably having something to do with an awkward games night at the wrong time of the month and that lead onto this, and the reason for the lycanthropy likely has something to do with cursed moon rocks...
