Growing Up Together by Pacopanda
When I approached
pacopanda to do a piece for advertising purposes (which is what most of the free work I do is for) he sent me this piece https://www.furaffinity.net/view/41953080/ It was the very reason I'd decided to contact him to begin with. See I'm a bit of an introvert and approaching anyone I don't know to say "hey do you want this?" is almost impossible, but when I approached Paco I was astonished that he suggested this piece!
It was truly a blast to work on, and I instantly had the piece in mind when Paco suggested the picture he wanted to use.
Sadly I haven't got much to say beyond that because this print was done and sent off over a month ago, but I will say this, Paco did tell me that he absolutely loved it, and I'm so glad to have heard that! He was super patient and--albeit slowly--always got back with me in regards to communications about his print. I would very gladly work with him again and hope to one day soon!
About the Piece:
This was printed on an 8x10 plaque before color was an option, however color would have been a bad idea for this print as I had to really tweak the settings to get any of the background to show up. Even though that proved to be impossible, the print still turned out fantastic and I'm glad to have this post as part of my portfolio.
Anyway, my deepest thanks to Paco for allowing me to use this piece to show off what my laser etcher can do. I strongly recommend him for commissioning if you're looking for some very wholesome art work!
