Abilities: Pressure Immunity, flight, and Zero-Point energy generation.
Weaknesses: His fear of failing or hurting others can be quite detrimental. He also has a thing for snakes, serpents, naga, etc. So if he gets wrapped up by one, or heaven forbid two, he might as well be considered out of action.
Personality: Sweet, caring, and gentle. Charles is a kind soul through and through, but a incident has caused him to worry ceaselessly about the nature of his powers, to the point he took up superheroics to amend the feeling of guilt festering inside of him.
Background: Charles lived a fairly common life, but a certain wave that affected much of the world granted him superpowers. And it was this sudden flux of his powers that he hurt someone close to him, gravely injuring them. The shock, coupled with the realization, lingered with him even as he called an ambulance for the other person.
They were left hospitalized, requiring immense amounts of surgery to save their life. Charles, from the sheer guilt, put forward much of his savings towards the operations, eventually leading to a full recovery...or so he thought.
Upon running into them again, they did not register Charles in any manner, leaving the goat quite confused. He approached their parents about it, who admitted that their child had lost the last five years of their memory for some reason. Charles's powers had not only injured them, but all of their time spent together, they did not remember a single moment of it. Absolutely crushed, Charles thought he had lost everything, but the parents urged him to have hope, to try reconnecting so that the lost memories might return.
Charles's guilt made him choose a different path though, and after taking up a costume to use his powers for good to make up for what he caused, he decided to see if the answer to undoing his mistake would lie in learning how to use his powers.
