You've really done some wonderful work with the perspective of this piece and with all the detail, conveying the sense of motion and with the texture of the bear's fur and paws and with some nice touches like leaving him his glasses.
Sadly in a psychiatric hospital it's unlikely that his cries or laughter would be noticed, so we can just hope that they eventually stopped tickling his feet before he ended up really needing psychiatric treatment.

Wow such a wonderful work you did again hehe ^w^ ! I love the perspective than is outstanding and put you immediatly in the mood, the detail of the pads and the furr also awesome !! Actualy we all want scratching these soft leather-pads of him, especially when you know how our fav bear is ticklish X3.... realy ticklish and the dialog you have add show it even more helpless hehehe... one thing is sure...he'll keep here for a loooong while ;p....
