I had fun portraying the Sheriff as a long(eared) arm of the law—he's a good nemesis for Dottie, who is clearly the villain here. Her annoyance at the Sheriff's marksmanship is doubled by the chattiness of her would-be prey. Dottie, you've been quiet the whole time… got anything to say?
