Dr Blake. he's a bit of a mad scientist as he's very smart, especially with chemistry. luckily he never does anything to hurt anybody and likes to use his experiments to benefit others if they so desire. some people actually enjoy being experimented on by him. he's a friendly pup and it's amazing what he can do at such a young age
