Mary gets a special treat from a local fast food chain for good behavior at an appointment. She still has to use her locked carseat, as she may try to jump out of the moving vehicle. She is absolutely able to jump out unharmed and run as fast as the truck, but there are still safety concerns as well as possible legal ramifications for letting her jump out. XD
