Yay for pretty rent controlled prewar brownstones! There are a lot of blocks like this in Harlem that, on closer inspection, are starting to crumble. At least the door bell still works.

What happens if the door bell breaks? No visitors? I guess eventually you would start to wonder why no one calls on you. Good way to keep creditors away maybe.

My doorbell has never worked XD My friends text me when they want to come up and I have to leave notes for delivery men.
