As an independent business owner, Reiko wears many different hats throughout her busy days. Most of the time, she is out in her machine shop repairing an expensive yacht or jet ski, and somehow absorbing all of the grease in the room into her clothes in the process. When not doing repair work for the playful socialites that inhabit her seaside town in the summer months, she tackles personal projects to scratch that inventor's itch. Reiko's knack for innovation was one of the links that forged her partnership and eventual friendship with Ryu.

Not all of Reiko's days are spent in the shop, though. When she meets with a client, or simply would rather take a short break from being waist-deep in machinery, she simply throws on a blouse and skirt and plays the role of office girl for a while. Once she and Ryu became a vigilante duo, she began to use the role of his assistant as a cover, as well. Who would ever suspect a cute Kobold secretary as being the partner of the infamous Masked Dragon? They'd have to keep from being distracted long enough to figure it out...
