Based off the episode 'Laugh of the Party', basically this is Lydia as an actual anthro styled werewolf. I like to imagine that the werewolf costume BJ changed her embarassing costume into was one that worked similar to the Haunted Mask in that it changes the wearer appearance-wise, but luckily she was kept her humanity and isn't an savage animal.
