I first came out as ace in 2015, when I started realizing just how different I was compared to "the norm". I was straight by default but even saying "I'm straight" didn't feel quite right. I didn't have a word for it though until I looked around DeviantArt by chance and found ace posts. I found ace websites with information. I compared it to my own life since early childhood. It made sense. I wasn't into the guys the way my peers in middle and high school were. I wasn't into girls. Wasn't into anyone. Though I craved to know what it was like to date growing up

I didn't fall for hardly anyone as a gray aromantic ace person. I mostly saw my peers as having potential for friendship with no pressure for more. But the few times I have, I fell hard, most recently with my fiance FurrSymphony. This is me <3
