As we reach the symbol I can feel the other individual in my head take a deep breath and then start to blow fire onto it. We aren’t at all that good at it, the flames coming in more spurts than anything. But each attempt the flames seem to be getting a bit stronger, a bit hotter and I notice that my whole body is starting to itch a bit. There are far more important things to worry about, like getting out of here intact. Eventually a bell tolls above the door as the symbol lights up, having apparently deciding that it was going to accept the attack now. The other me quickly runs over to the door and picks up my wallet into our mouth and set off into what hopefully will be our freedom. And I notice that even if I wanted to now, I don’t think I’d be able to run on two legs anymore, or even hold onto my wallet in my hand. But, unsurprisingly, this isn’t our exit just yet as there seems to be one more room in front of us to get through. What’s more worrisome is that I’m starting to hear some of the other trainers climbing out of the hole from the first area.
