Well our hero now is fully robotic and now comes the part where the aliens begin with programming their newest experiment with the actions and thoughts he will be using for quite some time. Three commands will be prevulant in his mind.
1. Capture other organics to be processed into robots
2. Kill those who prove to be to troublesome to be processed.
3. Return to alcove for energy uplink to produce nanites to be used in conversion.
The rest is pretty much basic commands and information that will be needed on a everyday basis. This programming overlays the subjects own personality and thoughts but does not erase them. A oversight on the aliens part but so far has not come to light...yet.

"In brightest day. In darkest night. No evil shall. Escape my sight" xD. The technology applied here is awesome, though the machines lack any sort of shielding. xD Now I wanna commission this artist. What would these evil critters do, if they encountered superior technology to their own! Interesting concept, what if someone got themselves captured, then assimilated the base with his own nanotech? :Þ Now I'd love to see the looks on those hostile life-forms faces if that happened x3
