This is pretty masterfully done, actually. The anatomy has a couple quirks that need to be ironed out, but everything else is pretty awesome... I like the shading in the clothing and tail, and those blue markings look great. Her abdomen and upper legs look very detailed and sexy.
Something bugs me about her upper torso and arms, but it's probably nothing.
Did you make that background? It's awesome. And what is she swinging?

The background, yeah, generous use of filters can produce good cloud effects in photoshop.

She's swinging an American Indian warclub. They came in a variety of shapes that look just wicked.

Love the pose and motion. The color work really makes it...pop at ya.
