Towny is a Greaser-fan tiger cub who is also Dixie's boyfriend.
Towny saw a couple of bullies dragging Dixie outside and hurting her brutally. Towny came to the rescue and scared them off.
Dixie thanked him but didn't really see him as a hero but just trying to find attention. However, Towny continually shared feelings with Dixie and for once, Dixie finally accepted Towny's love interest.
