" Guy in hospital supposed to get an operation in the appendix instead receives a full-blown feminization surgery (and quite a busty one at that! With a free of charge hairdo to go with that ;D ) due to the staff having switched operation plans by accident due to him and the patient that *was* supposed to get said surgery having very similar sounding names to them.
In the pic itself the guy has just woken up from the anesthetics so only his upper body is visible among the bed he’s lying in and has a complete freak out over his - pardon, *her* complete makeover. ;D"
