“All right, then. Let’s see what this body can do,” the other voice says.

We half leap forward as we head straight into the obstacle course. For now, my body is still a little clumsy. My arms are still a bit too large though it seems my hands have completely changed over to being paws. They naturally decide against going for the strength route. I can feel a sort of itchiness all throughout my body and see that the fur is starting to grow in, and with it, an incredible degree of heat. I know that they would have intentionally made it so that we wouldn’t have had any chance of winning if we fought, but for the moment this body just feels so empowered. An inkling in the back of my mind is a bit of regret at not entertaining the trainers behind us. The other me even apparently follows through with it and pauses just long enough to look back before continuing on, a sense of longing emanating. But priority. And staying able to regain my body is most important of all.
