With a species as widespread and expansionist as theirs, the had to
come up with a way to strategically and efficiently explore and conquer
a vastly empty universe. Planets had to be discovered, claimed and
adjusted to their needs. A task only a properly trained and educated
group of dragons would be capable of.
Eventually, this lead to the creation of a fraction that is now know
as the 'Protostar Task Force' amongst their kin. An incredibly diverse
assembly of powerful dragons with the soul purpose to locate, adjust
and civilize suitable planets.
Phernia, a class B dragoness, classifies second in the ranks of the Task Force,
only bound to obey the 'Dark Matter Council' and its members themselves.
And while her profession requires her to be strict and serious while on duty,
she has a soft core, and can be incredibly kind to those she values, as
Spectrum has gotten to experience many times while under her lead.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, finally gotten around to uploading her!
She's been sitting in my backlog for a bit as I figured out
what I wanted to do with her. And now, weeks if not months
after commissioning her, I finally know!
