Star Molotov, captain of the Fullmetal Pirates! She and her crew of 500 people, divided into 4 ships, control the firearm/artillery trade in nearly all of South Blue. All of the ships under her command are stolen warships and carrier ships, made fully out of steel, giving her fleet a very distinguishing look, even from afar.
Her current bounty is $77,000,000 , mostly because she's been a huge pain for the military. Star and her crew hardly ever bother civilians; they prefer to give grief to the govt and other pirates instead.

Devil's fruit ability: Can turn any INORGANIC matter into a fine dust, similar to ash. However, after 72hrs, whatever she turned to dust will regain it's original form, despite how dispersed the dust may be. The object will regain it's form in the original location it was turned to dust. Her ability is heavly guarded by herself, to the point that most of her crew have no idea she even has one.
