Background:

Verina Rodriquez hails from an old family lineage of Rodriquez. A vassal family of pure-blooded vampires and dedicated members of Black knights, who have remained loyal to the royal household ever since their founding.

Verina spend her childhood and early adulthood with multiple foster parents and tutors provided to her by her family as is it common for the members of Black knights to not have part in their children’s lives. It was during these boresome years of growth, tutelage, and study that Verina found her passion for music and performing to others. It allowed her some form of escapism from her regular daily life, which ultimately did came calling for her.

At the age around 200 years Verina joined the Black knight order as an errant knight under tutelage of sir Roman Dracovich as her family’s ancient tradition demanded of her. Under his guidance Verina learned the many duties, ways and skills required of a black knight as well as furthering her love for music.

Unlike many other tutors Roman didn’t hinder or restricted her passions, but instead encourage her to incorporate them into her ways of learning. Listening her sing and play multiple times in between training sessions and even attending her concerts sometimes, which ultimately build a strong bond of trust between them.

Also, during those errant years she spend on balancing between the dark neon-light streets and high society life of Obira Verina came up with an idea to combine all her musical, arcane, and physical skills into her personal weapon and instrument named “Lightning’s Hook”.

This magically enchanted electric guitar has brought an end to many who have sought to harm her and joy to all cheering for her across Obira.

Verina completed her errantry at the age of 452 and has ever since served the order as a full modern Black knight on the world of Obira all the while always pursuing her own love and dreams in music with Lightning’s Hook right beside her let it be in the dark streets and alleyways of Obira or in the spotlights of a music stage.
